1Digital access is supplied on payment
GulfMedExams sells digital exam-preparation access. Paid questions, explanations, and study tools are delivered as soon as payment succeeds. By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy and to our Terms of Service.
A completed payment is for access that starts immediately. We do not offer a full refund, a credit, an exchange, or a cooling-off period. Anything returned, where this policy allows it at all, is only a portion of the amount you actually paid. The rest is kept for payment processing, immediate delivery of digital content, fraud checks, and administration.
A return is considered only when every condition below is met:
- We receive a written report at support@gulfmedexams.com from the email address on the account that was charged.
- That report arrives within three days of the subscription time. After three days, nothing is returned.
- Our records show the account has not used the paid service, as described in this policy.
- The reason for the report is not one of the exclusions below.
- You have not opened a card dispute or chargeback for the same charge.
If any condition is missed, the payment stands.
2When the clock starts
Subscription time is the date and time our systems record a successful payment and the activation of that subscription. It is the timestamp in our payment and subscription records. A report is on time only if it arrives in the support@gulfmedexams.com inbox within the relevant period after that timestamp.
The clock does not start, and it is not paused, when you:
- open or read a confirmation email
- first sign in
- start practising
- notice a problem, or decide that you want to write to us
- see the charge on a bank or card statement
We do not rebuild these periods around your local time zone. They run continuously, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Delay, spam filtering, or sending the message to any other address does not extend them. A message that arrives one minute outside a period falls into the next period, or is refused if three days have passed.
WhatsApp, Instagram, social media, and any email address other than support@gulfmedexams.com are not a report. A dispute opened with your bank or card issuer is not a report to us.
3How to ask
Email support@gulfmedexams.com from the account email and include:
- the account email address
- the approximate subscription time
- the payment reference, if you have it
- a short statement that you are requesting a refund under this policy
An incomplete message is not a report. Time is not paused while missing details are sent. Automatic replies, messages forwarded by someone else, and messages we cannot match to a paid account do not qualify.
We decide from our records: payment time, sign-in time, and whether paid content was opened. If those records differ from your recollection, our records control.
4Using the service ends the refund
Access is granted immediately. Digital questions cannot be returned after they have been seen. A refund is refused if, before or after you write to us, our logs show that the account has:
- opened a paid question, answer, or explanation
- started or submitted a practice session, quiz, or mock
- opened paid study material or any subscriber-only page that displays that material
- copied, exported, or otherwise taken content out of the platform, where that activity is visible to us
Signing in, by itself, does not use the service. Opening the paid material does. After that, the fee is kept in full.
5Mistakes and other reasons that do not qualify
Checkout shows the exam, the plan, and the price before you pay. Free practice is available on the site before you subscribe. The situations below are not refundable at any time, including during the first three days, and whether or not you opened paid content. They are treated as your choice at the time of payment, not as a fault in the charge.
Wrong exam, plan, or price
- You selected the wrong exam, authority, or country, including SMLE, DHA, DOH, MOH, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, or KMLE.
- You selected the wrong specialty, subject, or plan length.
- You selected the wrong price or billing option that was shown before you paid.
- You meant to buy a different GulfMedExams product and completed this one.
You did not read what you were buying
- You did not read the plan name, price, checkout summary, Terms, or this policy.
- You assumed a free trial, a sample period, a scholarship, or a guarantee that you would pass, when that was not stated on the checkout page.
- You thought the payment was a donation, a booking deposit, a textbook shipment, or anything other than immediate digital access.
- You did not notice that access starts as soon as payment succeeds.
Someone else paid, or you say it was an accident
- A relative, friend, colleague, or anyone else paid or clicked through on your device, card, or account.
- You bought access for another person, or another person bought it for you.
- You used a shared or public computer and later describe the payment as accidental.
- You were not ready to sit the exam, and either more than three days have passed or any paid content was opened.
- You describe the payment as a mistake, but the report arrives more than three days after the subscription time, or the account has already opened paid content.
The content is not what you hoped
- You disagree with question style, difficulty, length, wording, or explanations.
- You believe the questions should match a particular exam date, test centre, or your memory of an exam you sat or expect to sit.
- You find the bank too easy, too hard, too short, too long, or not focused on the topics you personally wanted.
- A subject is weighted differently from what you expected.
- You found another book, course, question bank, or a lower price after you paid.
- A discount, code, or offer appeared after your purchase.
- You believe some items repeat material you have already studied elsewhere.
Your exam plans or your results
- You failed an exam, scored lower than you hoped in practice, or lost confidence.
- You postponed, cancelled, or were found ineligible for an exam.
- Your exam date, city, authority, or eligibility changed.
- You no longer have time to study because of work, travel, family, health, or any other personal reason.
Access that was in fact granted
- You could not sign in because of your password, email address, device, browser, or network.
- A confirmation email went to spam, or you did not see it.
- There was a short interruption or maintenance while the service was otherwise available.
- A feature did not behave as you expected in your browser or on your device.
- Your bank converted currency, added its own fee, or showed the charge under a description you did not recognise, after the subscription had already activated.
- You paid in a currency other than the one you later wished you had used.
Misuse, gifts, and further purchases
- The account was limited or closed for shared logins, resale, scraping, or any other breach of the Terms.
- You renewed, upgraded, or started a second subscription on purpose.
- You want money back for unused days on a plan that has already begun.
- Access was gifted, complimentary, or reduced to nothing by a discount, so there is no amount paid to return.
- Academy, bulk, or institutional access was arranged outside the public checkout, unless a separate written contract states a different refund term.
Subscribing in order to look through the paid bank and then asking for the fee back is not a qualifying mistake. If you are unsure which exam or plan you need, do not pay until you are sure.
6How much may be returned
Where a report meets every condition in this policy, the portion of the amount actually paid that may be returned depends only on when that email arrives in our inbox, counted from the subscription time. We do not return a share of a higher listed price. The balance is kept.
A report received within two hours of the subscription time may be returned as 80 percent of the amount paid. A report received after two hours, but within 24 hours of the subscription time, may be returned as 75 percent of the amount paid. A report received after 24 hours, but within three days of the subscription time, may be returned as 50 percent of the amount paid.
A report received more than three days after the subscription time is refused. Nothing is returned after that, for any reason, including a reason you consider a mistake. Unused time left on a plan is not refundable, and we do not credit, exchange, pause, or extend a subscription in place of a return.
7Chargebacks and “unauthorised” claims
If you think a charge should be reviewed, email us. Opening a chargeback, retrieval, or unauthorised-payment claim with a bank or card network — instead of this process, or as well as it — is a dispute we will contest.
We will supply the subscription time, the fact of payment, and our access logs. The account may be suspended or closed while a dispute is open, and it may stay closed if content was accessed or if the dispute is decided against us. You remain responsible for fees the payment provider charges us because of that dispute.
A claim that a completed subscription was unauthorised is refused where that account was then used to sign in or to open content.
8A charge that was taken twice
If the same account is charged twice by error for the same plan at the same checkout, email us and we will reverse the extra charge where our records show it was a duplicate. The subscription you keep still follows the rest of this policy. A second plan you chose yourself is not a duplicate, and it is not refunded as one.
9If a refund is approved
- The amount returned is the share of the sum actually charged for that subscription, after any discount applied at checkout, that applies to the time the report arrived. No other share is returned.
- The balance of that charge stays with GulfMedExams.
- The refund is sent only to the original payment method. We do not pay cash, transfer it to another person, or move it onto another account.
- Your bank or card issuer may take several business days, and sometimes longer, to show the credit. That delay is outside our control.
- Paid access ends when the refund is approved. It is not restored.
If we decline a request, that decision is final.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The version in force at your subscription time applies to that purchase. The policy you accept at a later purchase applies to that later purchase.
